摘    要:对型材智能加工生产线的国内外现状进行研究,分析型材智能加工特点,结合相应的箱船、散货船和重吊船等主要船型,分析并提出型材智能加工生产线在型材切割、送料系统和下料系统以及船体型材冷弯等3方面的工艺需求,期望型材智能加工生产线能够得以推广应用,对同类型加工生产线的实施起到参考作用。

Abstract:The status quo of profile intelligent processing line at home and abroad is studied, and the characteristics of profile intelligent processing are analyzed.Combined with the corresponding main types of container ship, bulk carrier and heavy lift vessel, the process demands of the profile intelligent processing line in the profile cutting, feeding system and cutting system, hull profile cold bending are put forward, hoping that the processing line can be popularized and can play a reference value for the implementation of the same type of processing line.
