摘    要:设计一种免处理船舶压载水系统液位自动调节试验装置,提出基于以太网和CAN总线的压载舱液位控制方案,对装置中的信号采集模块、通信模块和控制模块进行软硬件开发,并进行压载舱液位自动调节模拟试验。试验表明:该装置能够保证压载舱液位的恒定调节,可实现数据实时显示和对压载舱液位进行自动控制,为此类免处理的船舶压载水系统设计提供参考。

Abstract:The automatic adjustment device on liquid level of non treatment ballast water system of ship is designed, and a control solution of liquid level in ballast tanks based on Ethernet and CAN bus is proposed. The hardware and software of signal acquisition module, communication module and control module of the device are developed and the simulation test for the automatic adjustment on liquid level in ballast tanks is conducted. The results of test indicate that the constant adjustment on liquid level in ballast tanks is ensured, the real time data is displayed and automatic control of liquid level is realized. The device provides references for the design of non treatment ballast water system of ships.
