柴油发电机组浮筏隔振装置性能分析

摘    要:机舱内的柴油发电机组是船舶主要振动噪声源之一,为了控制柴油发电机组振动并同时降低其辐射噪声,对其采用浮筏隔振技术措施。通过有限元分析软件建立浮筏隔振系统力学模型,开展浮筏系统的模态分析,探讨主要参数对浮筏隔振装置隔振性能的影响,并对浮筏隔振装置的抗冲击性能进行校核计算,结果表明柴油发电机组浮筏隔振装置隔振及抗冲击性能良好。

Abstract:The diesel generator set in the cabin is one of the main vibration noise sources of modern ships. A floating raft vibration isolation system is used to control the vibration of diesel generator set and reduce radiated noise. The mechanical model of floating raft vibration isolation system is built by finite element software. The modality of the raft body and system is analyzed. The influence of the main parameters on vibration isolation performance is discussed. The impact resistance of the floating raft isolation device is also calculated. The results show that the vibration isolation and impact resistance performance of the floating raft isolation device is well.
