| 摘 要： | 文章从介绍欧美日等发达国家的中高职衔接的人才培养模式出发,指出了我国现行的汽车专业中高职衔接人才培养模式中存在的弊端,重点探讨了1+X证书制度对现存弊端的有效解决和职业人才培养的引导作用,最后也指出了汽车专业中高职衔接人才培养模式下的1+X证书在具体执行过程存在的若干问题,为后续1+X证书的优化提供了有价值的参考.

| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of the talent training model for the connection between secondary and high vocational education in developed countries such as Europe,America and Japan,the article points out the shortcomings of the current automotive professional training model existing in the connection between secondary and high vocational,and the effective solution to the drawbacks and the guiding role of professional talent training are proposed.Finally,the article also points out several problems in the specific implementation process of the 1+X certificate under the talent training mode of the high-level and higher vocational connection in the automotive major,which provides valuable reference for the subsequent optimization of the 1+X certificate. |
