振动对燃料电池电堆气密性的影响分析

摘    要:为了解振动对燃料电池电堆气密性的影响,本文依据SAE J2380-2018的振动标准,利用多轴振动台架和气密性测试台对两个燃料电池电堆样品进行振动试验,测得了燃料电池电堆样品在振动前后的气密性变化结果。试验结果表明:振动对燃料电池电堆的气密性有一定的影响,样品的气密性均有所下降,燃料电池电堆的气密性与尺寸和结构等有一定的关系。

Study on Vibration Analysis of Fuel Cell Stack

Abstract:This article introduces the basic characteristics and structure of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell,using a multi-axis vibration bench and air tightness test bench and in accordance with the vibration standard of SAE J2380-2018 to perform vibration test tests on two fuel cell stack samples,and compare analyze the changes in airtightness of fuel cell stack samples before and after vibration.The results of this comparative test show that vibration has a certain eff ect on the airtightness of the fuel cell stack,the airtightness of the samples has been reduced,and the airtightness of the fuel cell stack has a certain relationship with the size and structure.
