Design Scheme of Fault Tracing Detection Equipment for Automobile Suspension System

Abstract:In the maintenance work of automobile suspension system,some faults are repeated in complex road conditions,which brings a lot of inconvenience to the maintenance work.In order to solve the above problems,the design provides a variable amplitude tilt dynamic simulation of automobile road test vibration device.Using this device can dynamically simulate the vehicle at different speeds and driving in various road conditions.Vibration device is made up of a steel welded frame,and two roller installed on the framework,one which is without the power of concentric cylinder,and the other is variable eccentric roller eccentricity.The car in gear wheel was vibrating up and down,and the vibration amplitude with the degree of eccentric cylinder change,helps maintenance personnel find fault location.
