摘    要:发动机气缸进水将直接导致车辆熄火甚至发动机报废,因此避免发动机进气口水入侵是整车涉水性能开发的关注重点.本文采用流体力学的两相流模型和动网格模型建立整车涉水仿真模型.通过实时监测发动机舱水位高度、发动机进气口的水体积分数和进水量来预测整车涉水性能.对标发动机舱内水位高度的实验与仿真结果,验证了此方法可应用于车辆涉水性能...

Simulation and Prediction of Vehicle Wading Performance based on CFD

Abstract:The water in the engine cylinder will directly cause the vehicle to stall or even the engine to be scrapped.Therefore,avoiding the water intrusion of the engine intake is the focus of the development of the vehicle's wading performance.In this paper,a two-phase fl ow model and a dynamic mesh model of fl uid mechanics are used to establish a simulation model of the entire vehicle wading.Through real-time monitoring of the water level of the engine compartment,the water volume fraction of the engine air intake and the water infl ow,the water performance of the vehicle can be predicted.The experimental and simulation results of the water level in the standard engine compartment verify that this method can be applied to the early prediction of the vehicle's wading performance.The vehicle wading simulation provides design guidance for the optimization of the water fl ow path of the engine air intake.
