Research on School Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Benefit Sharing

School enterprise cooperation is an effective means to deepen the transformation and development of education and improve the quality of talent training in China.However,due to the lack of a perfect operation mechanism satisfactory to the cooperation participants,it is often prone to the embarrassing situation of“hot schools and cold enterprises”in the process of cooperation.By constructing the operation mechanism of school enterprise cooperative skill talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,based on the concept of benefit sharing,the study hopes to consider the interest pursuit of cooperative participants in cooperation,build a community of interests for school enterprise cooperative skill talent training,and cooperate closely in the aspects of post practice security,educational resource sharing,technical exchange and evaluation system construction,so as to promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,help the development and reform of vocational education in the new period,and then provide strong skilled talents guarantee and support for social and economic development in the new period.
