Exploration of New Energy Vehicle Technology Talent Training Strategy in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges

At present,my country's colleges and universities are mainly cultivating high-quality professional talents.In the teaching of new energy vehicles in colleges and universities,teachers need to pay attention to students'practical ability and comprehensive literacy,understand the current development of new energy vehicle technology industry,and cultivate compound talents.However,there are still some problems in the teaching of new energy vehicle technology in my country's colleges and universities.For example,the lack of new energy vehicle professional training equipment and bases,teachers do not pay attention to practical teaching and other issues.These problems need to be solved urgently by teachers.Based on this,this article fi rst briefl y analyzes the analysis of the current situation of new energy automotive education and teaching in colleges and universities,and then analyzes the training strategies of new energy automotive professionals from nine aspects,so as to provide relevant people for communication and reference.
