Adult continuing education is an important part of higher education in China.How to improve the quality of teaching in adult education class will contribute to the development of adult continuing education.Adult education class is usually composed of students from different schools and different majors,and students'learning ability and professional knowledge level are quite different.Ordinary undergraduate teaching methods may not work well here.In this paper,according to the students'situation and requirements,“analogy method”,“questioning method”and“simplified method”are used to stimulate students'interest,reduce the difficulty of learning and improve the quality of teaching.
