工程类高技能人才培训模式理论与实践

路桥工程行业在提高我国国民经济上起到重要作用.随着我国基建的快速发展,对道路和桥梁高技能人才需求剧增,为满足我国的基建的发展,高职院校需要对人才培养的发展,实训基地的建设,师资队伍的建设等方面进行系统化的建设,以实现高技能人才的培养,满足企业和社会的需求.本文就对工程类高技能人才培训体系构建展开分析探讨,以供参考.

Theory and Practice of Training Mode for Engineering High-skilled Talents

Road and bridge engineering industry plays an important role in improving China's national economy.With the rapid development of China's infrastructure,increased demand for road and bridge the high-skilled talents,to meet the development of infrastructure in China,higher vocational colleges need to construct practice base of the development of talent training,carry on the systematic construction of teaching staff,in order to realize the high skill talented person's raise,meet the needs of enterprises and society.This paper analyzes and discusses the construction of training system for engineering high-skilled talents for reference.
