基于ansoft的汽车起动机电磁噪声分析

摘    要:基于maxwell二维瞬态磁场理论,运用ansoft算出永磁直流起动机空载、减速过程中的齿槽转矩与气隙磁密,并作傅立叶分析,可以发现仿真出的结果与起动机噪声实验结果关系密切,并且齿槽转矩、气隙磁密幅值不随转速变化,并且电机旋转一周的齿槽转矩周期应为极数与转子槽数的乘积,所得出的结果即为电机噪声诊断提供了新的途径,也为确定与电磁噪声有关的主要参数及减小电机的电磁噪声提供理论依据。

The Analysis of Electromagnetic noise of automotive starter based on ansoft

Abstract:Based on the maxwell's theory of two-dimensional tansient magnetic field, the article uses the ansoft to calculate the cogging torque and air gap magnetic flux density of the PM starter in the process of idle and deceleration, then goes on the Fourier analysis. It is demonstrated that there are close relationships between simulation results and experimental results of starter noise.Otherwise, the cogging torque and air gap magnetic flux density is not change with speed, and a number of The cogging torque cycles is the product of mangent number and rotor slot number.Those solutions not only provide a new way to test the noise of motor, but also provide a theory for determining the main parameters related to electromagnetic noise and reducing electromagnetic noise of the motor.
