| 摘 要： | 合理预测停车需求及制定泊位供给策略是进行停车规划的关键环节。现缺乏需求预测方法与停车目的关联,需求与供给指标混淆。结合铜仁市停车规划项目,提出基于停车目的单车停车泊位需求系数计算方法,在此基础上,分别预测居住地、工作地、访问地三大类停车泊位需求总量及分布,并结合停车分区的划分建立差异化供给指标体系,最后提出适宜各分区的公共停车布局规划模式。

| Abstract: | Reasonable parking demand forecasting and parking supply strategy were the critical links during parking planning.Existing demand forecasting methods were lack of association with parking purpose and the demand and supply index were easily confused.Combined with the project of Tongren city parking planning,parking demand coefficient based on parking purpose was firstly applied,on this basis,parking demand and distribution of residential area,working area and visiting area were then proposed.Combined with the division of parking zoning,differentiation supply index system was established,and suitable public parking layout model for each parking zone was proposed. |
