| Abstract: | This article summarizes and analyzes the maritime traffic accidents in the Zhangjiagang section of the Yangtze River in the three aspects of human, ship and environment. Breaking through the traditional conceptions, it points out that the practice of ocean-going ships is the key element in prevention and control of collision accidents with the purpose of aw）iding future accidents and promoting the waterborne traffic safety in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River. |
