| Abstract: | This article holds that the college-enterprise cooperation,with the action mode of a teaching staff composed of both full-time and part-time teachers,plays a vital role in promoting vocational colleges＇ teaching staff construction.In addition,it makes some proposals in terms of the mode of action,inner motivation and operation mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation from the perspective of promoting vocational colleges＇ teaching staff construction. |
