二灰碎石"三层次法"配合比优化设计

摘    要:为提高二灰碎石基层的强度、减少裂缝,在进行骨架密实型二灰碎石基层配合比设计中,采用"三层次法"进行优化设计,以材料的组成结构与性能关系为基础,将二灰碎石看成二灰、砂浆和粗集料骨架三个结构层次的复合材料,要求每一个结构层次的配合比都使其性能达到最佳.并将振动成型法与"三层次法"配合比设计相结合,成功地应用于西安至咸阳国际机场专用高速公路路面基层的设计中.

Abstract:In order to improve the intensity of lime-flyash stabilized macadam base and reduce the cracks, the three-level method is used to of dense-framework lime-flyash aggregate base. execute the optimum design in mix proportion design Based on the composition structure and performance of materials, lime-flyash as lime-flyash, mortar aggregate is regarded as and coarse aggregate. The a composite material with three structural levels, such mix proportion of each structural level is required to achieve its optimal performance. The combination of vibratory compaction and three-level method is successfully used in mix proportion design of pavement base of Xi'an-Xianyang International Airport Special Expressway .
