小型船用增压锅炉性能仿真与运行监测同步软件开发

摘    要:以小型船用增压锅炉为研究对象,利用C语言自主设计开发了小型增压锅炉图形化性能仿真软件,并借助OPC服务器和CAN数据采集系统实现了性能仿真和运行监测同步相结合的功能,在此基础上对锅炉负荷的扰动变化规律进行了仿真研究。结果表明,此仿真软件能够较精确地描述该型锅炉的动态特性,可为船用增压锅炉的设计优化和安全运行提供指导。

Abstract:In this paper a small size of marine supercharged boiler was studied, and a graphical simulation software was originally developed by using C language. Meanwhile, the function of synchronous combination of simulation and operation monitoring was realized under the help of the OPC server and CAN data acquisition system. Based on the variation of load disturbance simulation experimental research, the results show that the simulation platform can accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the system, and also can be the guidance for design optimization and safe operation for the supercharged boiler.
