天然气发动机缸内喷气系统设计及试验研究

摘    要:介绍了将一台单缸化油器式汽油机改造为缸内直喷式天然气发动机的喷气系统设计及标定、点火系统改进、控制系统组成及压缩比的优化;试验结果表明,电控缸内喷气配合压缩比优化是提高天然气发动机充气效率、恢复功率的有效措施。

Abstract:An in-cylinder, direct-injected CNG engine has been developed based on a single-cylinder gasoline engine with a carburetor. This paper introduces the design and calibration of CNG supply system, the improvement of ignition system, the configuration of control system and the optimization of compression ratio of the engine. The test results show that the volumetric efficency and the power output of the engine have been greatly improved with the help of the electronic direct injection of CNG and the optimization of the compression ratio.
