| 摘 要： | 影响掘进机施工效率的因素很多,隐形因素往往是看不见的抽象因素。结合陕西省引汉济渭秦岭输水隧洞岭北段使用的海瑞克S-795掘进机工厂监造、预组装、调试等实际情况,对掘进机的液压系统的隐形因素进行收集、分析和总结,有助于提高掘进机的利用效率,以期对为以后掘进机洞内组装、调试、掘进施工提供借鉴和指导意义。

| Abstract: | Many factors will influence the efficiency of the TBM construction, among which invisible factors are often invisible abstract factors. Combined with TBM machine factory supervision, pre - assembly, and testing of Herrenknecht TBM S- 795 in Qinling north section water tunnel of Yin-Han-Ji-Wei Project in Shanxi, the invisible factors of TBM hydraulic system are collected and analyzed, which will improve the efficiency of TBM and provide reference and guide for TBM assembling,testing and boring of the similar project. |
