复杂条件下桩基大体积承台施工控制技术

摘    要:某铁路大桥位于繁华市区,桩基承台紧邻既有铁路线,且多为大体积高性能砼承台。承台几何尺寸大,基础下城市管线、电缆光缆较多,施工场地狭小,施工组织难度大;同时既有铁路行车繁忙,行车荷载变化量大。因此必须对桩基承台的施工方案进行科学选定并实施有效控制,才能保证既有线行车安全。对该桥桩基承台的施工方案选择、验算、围堰施工控制和大体积高性能混凝土的施工控制及温控与监测等方面进行了详细介绍和分析。

Abstract:A railway bridge is located in downtown, with pile foundation adjacent to the existing railway line and mostly large volume of high-performance concrete pile. Due to the large bearing platform and the large amount of pipelines, fiber optic cables under the foundation, the construction site is narrow which makes construction organization difficult. At the same time, existing railway traffic is busy with great changes in the traffic load. Therefore, the bridge bearing platform foundation construction plan selected must be scientific and under effectively control during construction in order to ensure the safety of existing lane. This paper describes and analyzes the bridge bearing platform foundation construction scheme selection, checking, cofferdam construction control and the construction control, temperature control and monitoring of large volume of high-performance concrete.
