盾构的平移解体技术

摘    要:城市地铁盾构机接收井往往受地面条件或地下管线的限制,不具备盾构主机直接起吊条件,需要将盾构主机整体平移、调头或分体后平移,到达吊出口后吊出的目的。以南昌地铁一号线6标彭家桥站~师大南路站左线盾构机在师大南路站解体吊出为例,对盾构主机的整机调头、平移及解体进行了系统介绍,对盾构主机的平移和解体方案及实施进行了详细论述,值得借鉴和推广。

Abstract:Due to city subway shield machine receiving wells often restricted by ground conditions or underground pipelines, the host machine does not have the shield directly lifting conditions, it is necessary to move the host machine as a whole and turn around or translate it after spliting, so as to shift the machine out of the well. This paper, taking the shield machine disintegration and hanging out in the station of Pengjiaqiao to south Road of Normal University of Lot 6 of Nanchang Metro Line No. 1 left line as an example,introduces the translation of shield host and the disintegration of the plan and implement in detail, it is worthy learning and promotion.
