海上钻井平台井架升级后的结构加强

摘    要:海洋钻井平台的井架在作业时受到各种环境载荷和自身工作载荷的作用,需要考虑多种组合工况和载荷成分。文中应用SACS有限元软件针对某升级钻井能力的平台井架建立三维有限元模型,对其在各种载荷和工况下进行直接计算分析,提出有效且经济的加强方案,使其能满足提高钻井能力后的要求。

Abstract:Various combined operation conditions and load components should be considered because the derrick of offshore drilling platforms are affected by the various environmental loads and self-loads under operation. This paper builds 3D finite element model of a platform with the upgraded drilling rig by SACS, performs direct calculation and analysis under the various operation loads, and puts forward the effective and economic reinforcement scheme which can satisfy the requirements after promotion.
