| 摘 要： | 目前广泛使用的1×7-15.24 mm-1 860 MPa低松弛PC钢绞线难以满足高、精、尖预应力工程的需要,而多丝大直径低松弛PC钢绞线的研发与应用已成为预应力技术的最新发展方向。结合工程实例,介绍1×19-28.6 mm-1 860 MPa低松弛钢绞线施工工艺及施工过程中需注意的事项,以期对以后类似工程设计及施工具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | At present, the wildely used 1 ×7-φ15.24 mm-1 860 MPa low relaxation can hardly meet the requirement of sophisticated engineering. Meanwhile, it has become a prevalent trend to develop and apply muhistrand large diameter low relaxation steel wire. Based on engineering practice, the paper introduces the construction process of 1×19-φ28.6 mm-1 860 MPa low relaxation steel wire and the points that calls for attention in construction so as to provide reference for similar engineer design and construction. |
