高速铁路供电维修方案探讨

摘    要:高速铁路供电应用了大量新技术和新设备,提升了供电系统的可靠性和安全性,同时也对供电设施维修管理提出了新的要求。结合多条已开通高速铁路供电维修的设计经验及高速铁路设计规范的编写心得,对我国高速铁路供电维修的机构设置、总平面布置、工器具及仪器仪表配置、安全检测监测技术应用等主要技术标准提出了建议。

Abstract:A large number of applications of new technology and new equipment are used in high speed railway power sup- ply system to improve the reliability and safety. Meanwhile, it imposes new requirements on the management of the power supply maintenance. This article puts forth suggestions for main technical standards of Chinese high speed railway such as structural establishment, general layout, equipment and instrument configuration, safety monitoring technology, based on the experience of the high speed railways in operation and the writing experience with design code of high speed railway.
