盾构下穿三滘河施工中的风险控制措施

摘    要:珠江三角洲城际快速轨道交通广州至佛山段项目18标段盾构区间即南洲站~沥滘站盾构区间隧道右线长2 350.430 m,左线长度为2 350.433 m。本区间最小曲线半径为350 m,最大纵坡为29‰。结合工程实例,总结盾构施工中防止喷涌、刀具磨损及不均匀沉降等在施工中的控制措施。

Abstract:The bid 18 shielding, Nanzhou to Liyao Station on the Guangzhou-Foshan intercity high speed rail has a right line of 2 350.430 m in length, left line 2 350. 433 m in length with a minimum radius of 350 m and maximum slope of 29‰. Base on real project, the paper summarizes the control measures for the prevention of gushing, knife wearing and uneven settling.
