| 摘 要： | 对投标报价商业行为中均衡性指标评标计分方法进行了实证研究,提出均衡报价指标评标计分模型,并以纳叙铁路工程投标实例进行验证,另外还提出均衡报价计分模型在应用中应注意到的问题,给出实用建议。

| Abstract: | The paper conducts empirical study on the scoring of balance index evaluation in tender office, and proposes scoring model for the balance offer evaluation which is tested by the biding example of Naxi-Xuyong Railway together with the feasible suggestions for the problems in the application of scoring model of balance tender offer. |
