摘    要:某城市立交桥工程预制预应力混凝土箱梁长84 m,自重为3 500 t,预制后构件坐落在由滑道和滑块组成的滑动装置上,通过提供顶推动力的牵引装置的牵引,在导向、限位装置的引导控制下,沿着半径为700 m的预设轨道运行104 m到达设计位置,经过体系转换完成安装。经过实践证明,该技术对今后类似工程施工有一定的借鉴意义和指导价值。

Abstract:The prestressed concrete box girder of a city overpass is 84 m long with a weight of 3 500 t. The prefabricated component is located in the sliding device consisting of a slide and slide traction with traction device. It is hauled by a device with driving force under the guidance control of the guide and limiting device along the track of a radius of 700 m and reaches the preset orbit design of position of 104 m to complete the installation after system conversion. Practice has proved this technology can provide references and guidances for future similar engineering construction.
