孤石地层盾构推进施工技术

摘    要:孤石在盾构施工中的影响主要有两方面:一是对盾构机的影响,表现在对刀具、刀盘以及主轴承密封的损伤;二是对施工质量的影响,表现在盾构姿态难以控制导致偏离隧道轴线,以及土仓压力难以控制导致前方土体坍塌。结合福州地铁1号线工程实例,讨论盾构穿越孤石地层的难点和风险,重点介绍了破除孤石的主要方法和施工中的掘进技术,以及孤石地层中进行孤石预处理的重要性。

Abstract:Influence of boulder in shield tunneling construction mainly displays in two aspects: one is the impact on the shield machine, mainly in the sealing of cutter, cutter and a main bearing damage; the other is the impact on the quality of construction, difficulty in the control of the main performance of the shield machine leads to deviations from the tunnel axis and difficulty in the control of the earth pressure leads to collapse in the front earthwork. This paper, combined with the examples of Fuzhou Metro Line 1 project, discusses the difficulties and risks of shielding across boulder formation, with focus on the introduction of the main means to remove boulder, construction of the tunneling technology and pretreatment of boulder in boulder formation.
