轨顶风道下挂梁与车站顶板一体浇筑施工技术研究

摘    要:以无锡地铁2号线友谊路站轨顶风道为依托,研究新型的轨顶风道施工技术,以取代现有的后浇筑钢筋混凝土轨顶风道施工技术模式。结果表明,地铁车站轨顶风道左右两侧下挂梁与车站顶板一体浇筑,采用10 t叉车进行轨顶风道预制混凝土底板安装,后期采用P42.5水泥砂浆填缝和风道底板顶面排水找坡的施工技术,易于保证轨顶风道施工质量,避免施工队伍二次进场,大大缩短了施工工期和节约了施工成本。

Abstract:Based on the rail head wind track of Youyilu Station on Wuxi Subway Line No. 2, research is made on the new construction technology of the rail head wind tract to replace the existing cast-in-place reinforced concrete rail head wind track. The results show that simultaneous pouring down-hung beam of the rail head wind track together with subway station top floor, the installation of the precast concrete floor with 10 t forklift, and P42.5 mortar used to fill the seam and the slope drainage slope on the surface of the floor duct can all help ensure the construction quality and avoid seeondary construction team approach; thus, greatly reduces the construction cost and shorten the construction period.
