盾构机刀盘开裂后的洞内修复加强技术

摘    要:刀盘是盾构机的重要组成部件,它是盾构的掘削机构,在不同的地层中,刀盘的受力载荷复杂多变,加之刀盘配置和掘进参数的不尽合理,就会导致刀盘的结构发生变化,出现开裂。结合工程实例,介绍了刀盘开裂后洞内修复加强的技术。

Abstract:Cutter head is an important component of the shield machine. It is the cutting mechanism of the shield. The complex and changeable stress load of the cutter head, in addition to the unreasonable tunneling parameters of the cutter head configuration in different stratum, often causes changes to the structure of the cutter head and cracks to the cutter head. This paper introduces the cutter head repairing and strengthening technology in the tunnel based on a project example.
