干旱风沙地区无砟轨道道床板混凝土裂缝控制措施

摘    要:以新建兰新铁路第二双线为工程背景,针对CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道道床板混凝土易开裂的问题和干旱风沙地区环境条件的特殊性,从设计、材料和施工3个方面提出了道床板混凝土裂缝控制的技术措施,并在代表性工点开展了现场应用试验。观测结果表明,所采取的综合技术措施有效控制了道床板混凝土开裂,从而保证了无砟轨道的工程质量。

Abstract:Taking the newly built second double line of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway as engineering background, in light of the crack problem of CRTS Ⅰ double-block ballastless track bed slab concrete and the special environmental conditions in arid and sandy wind areas, appropriate technical measures were proposed to control the crack of bed slab concrete from the three aspects of design, materials and construction. Then on-site application test was carried out in representative section. The observations indicated that the bed slab concrete crack was effectively controlled by above comprehensive technical measures, thus ensuring the quality of the project of the ballastless track.
