摘    要:厦漳高速公路海澄主线分岔立交及漳州港互通立交桥部分现浇箱梁处于深层深厚度软土地基地段,现场采用PTC桩基础、混凝土地梁和贝雷梁支架相结合的方式,成功克服了软土地基承载力低、不均匀沉降大的施工难题,顺利完成了上部结构施工。其施工方案、安全质量控制要点及效果评价等方面可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:Some cast-in-place box girders of Haideng main line birucation interchange on Xiamen-Zhangzhou expressway and Zhangzhougang interchange viaduct are located in the deep soft soil foundation. The combination of PTC pile foundation, concrete ground beam and Bailey beam bracket successfully overcome the difficulties of low bearing capacity of the soft soil foundation and uneven settlement and helps to complete the upper structure construction. The construction scheme, safety and quality control points and effect evaluation and so on can be used for references in the similar projects.
