新黄河特大桥156m简支钢桁梁顶推施工技术

摘    要:顶推是基于跨河或跨繁忙路段而发展起来的新型桥梁架设技术,黄韩侯铁路新黄河特大桥钢桁架设就采用了顶推法。结合本桥的特点,介绍了顶推过程中各个结构的施工控制,另外还将阶梯式大悬臂导梁、水中顶推过渡墩和超高位落梁等关键技术作了详细的分析和阐述。

Abstract:Thrusting is a new bridge erection technology based on construction over busy river section. This paper introduces the thrusting construction control of main structure in the construction of the Huanghanhou railway steel truss bridge erection over the New Yellow River, and analyzes and explains the stepped cantilever beam, the pier thrusting in water and super high beam placement among other key technologies in detail.
