隧道初期支护大变形处理技术

摘    要:随着科技进步,长大隧道越来越多,而长大隧道不良地质灾害多,造成喷射混凝土开裂、掉块、脱落,钢架扭曲、弯折、下沉等初期支护变形,导致二次衬砌厚度不够或直接侵入隧道净空,须对初期支护变形进行处理。某隧道最大变形668 mm,通过横向钢支撑、径向注浆加固、刻槽拆换变形支护等措施,成功完成隧道初期支护大变形处理。

Abstract:With the development of technology, there are more and more long tunnels. The unfavorable geologic conditions of long tunnels can cause the deformation of initial supporting structure such as cracking, block falling and shedding of con- crete, twisting, bending and sinking of steel structure, which can result in inadequate thickness of secondary lining or di- rect invasion of tunnel clearance. So in this condition, the initial support structure deformation is required to be processed. In a tunnel, there was a maximum deformation of 668mm. It was successfully processed, through horizontal steel supporting, radial grouting, grooving and changing of deformation structure.
