| 摘 要： | 对无缝线路低温环境下(低温指环境温度在0°以上,设计锁定轨温以下)采用移动式闪光焊插焊短钢轨的施工工艺及技术要点进行了分析及总结。通过检算和工程实践验证了该施工工艺的可行性及操作性,有效提高了插入焊短钢轨施工质量。该施工技术可用于指导既有线和无缝线路采用移动式闪光焊插入短轨的施工,可为其它类似工程施工提供经验参考。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed and summarized the construction method and technical key points for mobile flashbutt welding inserted short rails in seamless rail track under low temperature. Relative test and engineering practice verified the feasibility and maneuverability of this construction technology, which improved the construction quality of welding inserted short rails. And it also provides reference and guidance for other similar project construction. |
