摘    要:基于当前海洋石油工业的迅猛发展,国际海事组织及各沿海水域国家的相关法规也进行了相应调整。例如,在海洋钻井区域或海洋油田炼油区域,规定了每个区域需配备一定数量具有溢油回收能力的平台守护船。为了研究在平台守护船溢油回收操作中,危险区域划分对管系设计的影响,通过理论分析及对相应规范的研究提出合理化设计方案,提升船舶的安全性能。

Abstract:Based on the prompt development of offshore industries, the relevant regulations have been correspondingly adjusted by the IMO organization and some coastwise countries. For example, a certain number of PSVs with oil spilling recovery capability are demanded to serve in each offshore drill area or offshore oil reifnery area. It aims at the investigation of the inlfuence of the hazardous area division on the piping design during the oil spilling recovery by PSVs. It puts forward reasonable design scheme through the theoretical analysis and the investigation of the relevant regulations in order to improve ship safety.
