城际轨道工程隧道穿越高层建筑基础的关键技术探讨

以莞惠城际轨道新客运南站相邻隧道为例,探讨了城市隧道穿越高层建筑基础的关键技术。在隧道穿越城市高层建筑基础的施工中,通过做好安全评估,强化超前支护,对高层建筑基础采取注浆加固措施,采用静态爆破和控制爆破相结合的技术手段,减少对建筑物的影响,并通过加强监控量测等技术,使穿越高层基础的隧道得以顺利施工。

Study on the Key Technology and Practice of the Inter City Rail Tunnel Through High-rise Building Foundation

Based on the tunnel construction adjacent to new south passenger station of Guanhui intercity metro （ section GZH-11 ） project, the paper discusses the key techniques of urban rail tunnel passing through the foundation of high-rise building. During the construction of urban tunnel crossing through the high-rise building foundations, proper safety evalua- tion, strengthening of the advance support, grouting reinforcement on building foundation, combination of static blasting and controllable blasting are used to reduce the effect on the buildings. Monitoring and measurement technique is enhanced to make sure the construction of urban tunnel crossing high-rise building foundation can be done successfully.
