现浇变截面连续箱梁桥支架设计与施工工艺

摘    要:原变载面连续箱梁施工方案采用挂篮施工法,改为钢管与贝雷梁组合支架施工以缩短施工工期。结合实例,给出了呼口大桥主桥钢管与贝雷梁组合支架设计方案及其施工方法,因连续梁底部呈抛物曲线,贝雷片采用厂家定制,上弦杆比下弦杆略长,拼接成曲线。并对该支架各构件进行了结构验算,结果表明:该支架各构件设计满足规范要求,主梁施工一次性浇筑成型,可缩短施工工期,能够满足快速施工要求。

Abstract:The hanging basket adopted in original variable cross-section continuous box girder construction plan is replaced with steel pipe pile and Bailey beam bracket construction to shorten construction period. With an example, the paper presents steel pipe and Bailey beam combined support design and construction method for Hukou Bridge. Because beam bottom is a parabolic curve, manufacturers customized Bailey is used with a slightly longer top chord spliced into a curve with the bottom chord. And structural check is made on the components of the support, and calculation results show that the support of each component design could meet the requirements of specification, one-time casting construction of main girder could shortens the construction period and meet construction progress requirement.
