新型柱板式超高空心墩预应力横梁施工技术

摘    要:黄韩侯铁路纵目沟特大桥5号墩设计为新型柱板式空心墩,墩身纵横桥向结构均呈1.6次抛物线线形,由4根变截面立柱与3道横梁组成,高度105 m,在业界尚属首次。介绍了新型柱板式超高空心墩3道预应力横梁采用液压爬模支架体系与托架法现浇施工的关键技术,可为同类工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:The NO. 5 pier of Zongmugou Extra large Bridge of Huanghanhou Railway is designed to be the new column plate hollow pier. The longitudinal and transverse structure of pier in the shape of 1.6 parabola is made of 4 non-uniform upright pests and 3 transbeams with 105 m in height, and this is the first time in the railway construction. The paper introduces the key technology of hydraulic climbing formwork scaffolding system and the bracket method for cast-in-situ construction of the new column plate hollow superhigh pier with 3 prestressed transbeams, which can provide references for the similar projects.
