钢桥面热塑性沥青混合料铺装车辙预估方法

摘    要:钢桥面热塑性沥青混合料铺装车辙病害主要是铺装层抵抗剪切变形或塑性流动能力不足引起的,而铺装层混合料的初期压密只会增加车辙量而不足以形成车辙破坏。本文利用通用有限元ANSYS软件提供的蠕变模型和层-应变法,提出了钢桥面热塑性沥青混合料铺装车辙预估方法,并研究了车辙预估模型中参数的确定方法。实例分析表明,本文提出的钢桥面热塑性沥青混合料铺装车辙预估方法是可行的。

Abstract:The rutting distress of steel bridges deck with thermal-plastic asphalt mixture surfacing is mostly due to cut deformation and plastic flow of surfacing.Initial compacting of mixture surfacing can further increase rutting,but it is notenough to result in rutting damage.The rutting prediction method for steel bridge deck with thermal-plastic asphalt mixture surfacing is proposed by the creep models provided by current FEM ANSYS software and layer-strain method,and its parameters are investigated.Example analysis shows that it is feasible to use the rutting prediction method for steel bridge deck with thermal-plastic asphalt mixture surfacing.
