| 摘 要： | 为探讨哇巴因多克隆抗体的降压作用及哇巴因与高血压发病的关系 ,给“两肾一夹 +盐 ( 2 k1 c+盐 )”、“两肾一夹 ( 2 k1 c)”肾血管性高血压大鼠随机静注哇巴因多克隆抗体、硝普钠、正常兔免疫球蛋白 ( Ig G)及生理盐水 ,颈动脉插管观察注射后 3h内血压动态变化。结果表明 :哇巴因多克隆抗体对“两肾一夹 +盐”肾血管型高血压大鼠具有明显的降压作用 ,而对“两肾一夹”高血压模型降压作用不明显。正常兔免疫球蛋白对各种高血压模型均无降压作用。提示内源性哇巴因 ( EO)升高可能是高血压的发病因素之一 ;高盐引起血压升高的机制之一可能是通过刺激 EO的分泌增加。

HEMODYNAMIC EFFECT OF OUABAIN POLYCLONAL ANTIBODY ON 2klc HYPERTENSIVE RATS |

| Abstract: | To explore the role of ouabain polyclonal antibody and the relationship between ouabain and hypertension.The rats of 2klc+salt and 2klc were injected randomly with ouabain polyclonal antibody, normal rabbit IgG, normal sodium or sodium nitroprusside.The blood pressure of all rats was recorded for 3 h after administration by cannulated carotid artery.The ouabain polyclonal antibody could significantly decrease the blood pressure of rats with 2klc salt(P<0.01),but it could not decrease blood pressure of 2klc (P>0.05).The normal rabbit IgG could not decrease blood pressure in any renovascular hypertensive models (P>0.05).It suggests that ouabain polyclonal antibody has the role of decreasing blood pressure and indicated that ouabain is one of pathological factors of hypertension. |
