长沙地铁超浅埋河道地段盾构施工技术

摘    要:以长沙市轨道交通2号线一期工程SG-1标段盾构区间穿越龙王港河道施工为例,介绍了一种应用抗拔桩、抗浮板及袖阀管注浆相结合的综合加固措施,采取适当的盾构参数和完善的防喷涌措施,以及施工监测手段,确保盾构顺利通过超浅埋河道地段的施工技术。

Abstract:Taking Changsha Metro Line 2 project SG - 1 section of shield through the Longwanggang River construction as an example, this paper introduces an integrated reinforcement measures of anti-uplift piles, the resistance kickboard and sleeve valve pipe grouting, appropriate shield parameters and ungraded the surging prevention measures and construction monitoring means are taken to ensure that the smooth shielding through the super shallow buried channel.
