南京长江隧道泥浆处理技术分析

摘    要:介绍了南京长江隧道泥水平衡盾构施工中泥浆处理的工艺流程,系统阐述了泥浆处理的数量、粘度、密度和含砂率等技术要求,泥浆处理的预筛分、一级分离、二级分离的多级分离原理,泥浆处理设备的泥浆处理数量、筛分能力、泥浆循环的流速、渣料的含水量及制新浆的能力,分析了泥浆处理设备的各种性能指标,全面列举了加强值班巡视、配备设备时考虑了一定的富余系数、不同地层时的分级分离设备的选用、补充新浆能力、液位自动平衡装置、泥浆防溢装置等保证泥浆处理正常运转的保障措施,进而总结出泥浆正常处理对保证盾构施工进度、成本及提高经济效益的作用。

Abstract:This article describes the process flow of mud treatment in mud and water balance shield construction of the Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel, systematically expounds technical requirements of the mud treatment quantity, viscosity, density, and the rate of sand, pre-screening of the mud treatment, first phase separation, second phase separate multi-stage separation principle, capacity of mud treatment equipment, screening capacity, the flow rate of the mud circulation, the water content of the slag and new pulp manufacturing capacity to analyze various performance indicators of the mud handling equipment, a certain margin coefficient in duty to inspect, stratagrade separation equipment selection, a new pulp capacity supplementation, liquid level automatic balancing device, the mud spill-proof devices to ensure the normal operation of the safeguards of mud treatment, and sum up the normal processing of mud guarantee shield construction schedule, cost, and improve economic returns.
