架桥机跨铁路全幅架梁应用

摘    要:针对桥梁左右半幅间距达3.5 m的架梁施工工艺进行讨论,根据LBQJ140/40型双导梁架桥机的性能及与以往架梁施工方案相比较,提出通过设置"过梁"加固架桥机横移轨道而全幅架设所有板梁的方案,避免了重复跨线作业,降低了安全风险,提高了施工速度,节约了施工成本,为以后相近的工程项目提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract:The paper, based on the discussion of the construction technique of a bridge girder with left and right semi spac- ing up to 3.5m, in light of the of double guide LBQJ140/40 type beam bridge machine performance and compared with conventional girder construction program, puts forward the programs of full-size erection of all the plate girder through rein- forcement of bridging machine track by setting the "beam", to avoid repetitive cross-line operation which reduces security risks and construction cost, improves the speed of construction, thus provides useful experience for future similar projects.
