摘    要:结合石太客专引入石家庄枢纽柳辛庄站抽换轨枕的具体工程实例,介绍了对营运线要点人工抽换轨枕点前的各种准备工作,并将施工中使用新的施工方法与传统的施工方法相比较,利用"抽一换一"的原则,并对道碴清筛做出具体要求。避免了传统方法人员集中大面积同时施工而相互之间影响的弊端,有效的提高人工利用率,并大大提高了施工效率;有效的提高了旧道碴的利用率,节省补充新道碴的数量,也减少了废道碴外运的数量,从而节约的施工成本,达到经济效益最大化的目的。

Abstract:Based on specific project example of sleeper replacement in Liuxinzhuang Railway Station on Shijiazhuang- Taiyuan Passenger Railway Station introduced from Shijiazhuang hub, the paper gives the detailed instructions of all kinds of preparation work before replacing sleepers artificially on the operating line points in the transformation of existing con- struction. Also it compares the new construction methods used in the construction with the traditional construction methods. It makes specific requirement to the clearing and screening of the ballast based on the principle of ' taking one and giving one'. And it avoids the interference among all the concentrated workers with the traditional methods in large areas construc- tion. It effectively improves the labor utilization and construction efficiency. Through the new sieve method, the utilization of the old ballast is effectively improved, and at the same time the quantity of adding the new ballast will be saved. Also the quantity of transforming the scrap ballast is reduced. As a result, the construction cost is reduced. All in all, maximum economic benefits can be achieved.
