| 摘 要： | 现有的静压压路机转向油缸多采用双作用单杆活塞式油缸,其常见的故障是内泄、外漏及油缸自由行程加大等.根据多年实践经验,对目前国内在用的各厂家、各规格转向油缸的维修方法逐一进行了较为详实的介绍,并总结了转向油缸质量故障的检查、判断方法及维修注意事项.

| Abstract: | The steering cylinder of static pressure roller is bidirectional cylinder with single lever.The common malfunctions are internal leakage,external leakage,longer free stroke and etc.This paper introduces the repair methods of various steering cylinder according to practical experiences,summarizes the examination,judgment methods of steering cylinder failures and repair points for attention. |
