| 摘 要： | 太阳能是一种清洁的、可再生的绿色能源;半导体发光二极管（LED）也是一种环保、节能、高效的固态电光源。文章在分析两者技术特点的基础上,对太阳能半导体照明系统的可行性与高效性进行了论证,并对其发展前景作了分析和展望。 |
