基于Pro/E和ADAMS的动力学联合仿真研究

摘    要:阐述了三维设计软件Pro/E和机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS各自的特点,介绍了两者之间联合仿真的方法与步骤。建立了某活塞连杆机构的虚拟样机模型,并对其进行了动力学仿真,结果表明,使用PRO/E和ADAMS进行联合仿真,操作过程简单明了,仿真结果可信,验证了二者联合仿真的可行性。

Abstract:The feature of Pro/E as a 3-dimension modeling software and ADAMS as a dynamic simulation analysis software are introduced.The methods and steps of the united simulation by Pro/E and ADAMS are proposed.The virtual prototype model of the piston-rod mechanism is established,and the kinematics simulation is done.The conclusion shows that the united simulation based on Pro/E and ADAMS is simple and the emulation result is credible,and the method is approved feasible through the piston-rod mechanism.
