增殖细胞核抗原与宫颈癌病理分级和放射敏感性的关系

目的　探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的相关性、放射敏感性的关系。方法　采用免疫组化SP法检测 6 0例进展期宫颈鳞癌放疗前、放疗中PCNA表达情况。结果　宫颈鳞癌组织放疗前PCNA表达阳性率为 86 % ,放疗中PCNA表达阳性率为 5 5 % (P <0 .0 1) ;宫颈鳞癌随病理分级增高 ,PCNA指数增高且有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同临床分期PCNA指数未见明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;放疗近期疗效为完全缓解者 ,其PC NA指数高于近期疗效为部分缓解者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　PCNA检测可作为判断宫颈癌生物学行为和放射敏感性的一项良好指标

The relationship of the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen with pathobiological differentiation and radiosensitivity in cervical carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in patients with cervical carcinoma before and in irradiation and its relationship with the tumor pathobiological differentiation,clinical stage and radiosensitivity. Methods Specimens were excised from the advanced cervical squamous carcinoma in 60 patients before and during fractionated radiation therapy with a tumor irradiation dose of 34 gray. Immunohistochemical PCNA staining was performed using SP method. Results The positive rate of PCNA decreased from 86% to 55% after 34 Gy was administered. There was a significant change (P<0.01). A different expression was found among different tumor pathobiological differentiations (P<0.05). No significant correlation was detected between PCNA index and clinical stage (P> 0.05). After total irradiation therapy,the patients with the evaluating criteria of complete response (CR) had high PCNA index than those with partial response (PR) (P< 0.05). Conclusion The PCNA expression may be helpful in evaluating the biological property and radiosensitivity of cervical carcinoma.
