| 摘 要： | 从电子商务与物流的关系出发，阐述了物流对于实现电子商务的重要性，在借鉴发达国家理论与实践经验的基础上，结合我国国情，对解决我国电子商务物流提出可行方案即电子商务企业可以采用综合物流代理方式解决物流问题。
